The arcs are quarters of circles whose radius is the square side length and whose centers are two adjacent vertices of the square.
The small circle is outside the quarter circles, and it is tangent to them and to one square side.
COMMENT: We suppose that the length of the square side is \(1\) because it is easy to rescale lengths and areas.
