Social Events:
Reception:
On Monday, 31 August at 18.00 at the
University. Free for registered participants
Conference Dinner:
On Wednesday, 2 September at 20.00 in the Restaurant
Le Rondeau in Bridel (outside of Luxembourg).
A bus will leave at 19.30 at the Gare Central, will make a short stop at the
University and then go to the restaurant. The bus will return approximately
at 23.00.
During the registration at the first day of the school (31.8.2009)
participants need to register also
for the dinner and are asked to pay a small contribution of 15 Euro
towards the costs of the dinner.
Also if you register, do not forget to point out the fact if you are a vegetarian.
Excursion:
Saturday, 5 September there will be a full day excursion to the
country side of Luxembourg. We will visit the Chateau Vianden (guided tour),
will have a joint lunch and finally a guided visit to the
old town of Echternach. Entrance fees and the lunch will be included in
the package.
During the registration at the first day of the school (31.8.2009)

for the excursion and are asked to pay a small contribution of 10 Euro
towards the costs of the excursion.
